When the client came to us, their app was already functional—but far from intuitive. We kicked things off with a full UX audit to uncover usability bottlenecks and user pain points. Based on those insights and competitive analysis, we enhanced the existing design and introduced new features that aligned with both user expectations and business goals. The result? We created an app for the Christian community with a meaningful mission—replacing distractions from social media with time for spiritual growth. The app encourages users to reduce screen time and shift their focus toward studying the Bible and deepening their faith. Key features include time limits for social platforms and gentle prompts that guide users toward reflection and scripture.

The challenge was to build an app that boosts productivity by helping users reduce time spent on distracting platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We combined powerful features—goal tracking, a Pomodoro timer, detailed usage analytics, and more—to create a focused digital environment that supports mindful habits and intentional progress.

The goal was to design a tracker for athletes that went beyond standard workout logs. Alongside a catalog of common exercises, we introduced custom workout creation and personalized training programs. To boost engagement, we added progress analytics and a social layer—allowing users to share results with their fitness buddies and track performance through a dynamic scoreboard.

A bikepacking enthusiast came to us with the idea for an app that would combine navigation, a route catalog, and community features. We brought it to life by designing a smart travel companion that helps users stay on track, discover new trails, and connect with like-minded adventurers along the way.

The main challenge was to design a user-friendly app for running enthusiasts that also functioned as an event platform. At its core, the app needed to help users find running partners they could train with regularly. By blending social features with event discovery, we created an experience that motivates users to stay active and connected through shared goals.

The client reached out with a need for a task manager tailored to a sprint-based workflow. We started by deeply analyzing their existing processes and digitizing their workflow into a structured system. The outcome was a streamlined and intuitive app designed to support seamless team collaboration.

The client approached us with a live app already on the App Store, but it was struggling with low purchase rates due to the lack of onboarding. After analyzing the core functionality, we designed an animated onboarding experience that clearly communicated the app’s value and unique features. The result was a noticeable boost in purchases and a steady increase in the product’s monthly recurring revenue.
